Sudeep Chatterjee, I'd start by double checking the work you did. Make sure that all the cables are properly connected. Check the DC jack to make sure it is properly seated. Then check the AC adapter for proper voltage. If it does have the proper voltage, plug it in and measure the voltage on the DC jack of your logic board, to see if it does work. It seems like you have a main power problem which occurred after your repair, so start with that first.

Hi Sudeep Chatterjee,

Just to be sure i would make a hardware reset.. I have had similar issue where either charged battery or AC-adapter is accepted and Laptop will not start.

Does Caps Lock flash? and do Power button flash in a pattern?

This did help me to get it started.

Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60

seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later

put the battery back into the laptop.
