The person I call cannot hear me unless I use the speaker but I can hear them. Is it the microphone or speaker? How do I replace the microphone or what is wrong and what parts do i need? is this a repair i can do myself>?

before you buy any parts try this it could be that the ic chip has broke off the solder and is loose
