Back Panel Swap- Digitizer not responding.

I did a full back-panel swap on two different iPads (2nd gen; wifi). I feel like everything went according to plan except that on one, the ipad is not responding to any digitizer I put in it.

I tested the new digitizers and they all work with the other iPad I did the back-panel repair on. I didn't run into any damage with the logic board, it actually swapped from one case to the next REALLY easily. The digitizer outlet (where the digi plugs in) sits right on the lower end of the logic board and everything looks perfectly intact.

Anybody have similar issues/fixes?
