No boot after logic board replacement.

Hi Everyone. I just completed the replacement of my logic board. The unit powers up(fan running) , has three LED's , will take in a cd and spin it up. No picture or boot up. Help please !

I would recommend double checking all connections. What was the reason for replacing the logic board?

it was diagnosed as being bad. It suddenly stopped powering up one day.

I almost wonder if the power supply was/is bad. They've been known to let the computer boot up but not complete the pre-tests.
