i have a latitude e 6400 screen will change the hard drive and increase you memory. i had windows 7 32 bit, now i want to change to window 7 64 bits, i should do.

You will need to reinstall Win7 64bit in place of the 32 bit, you cannot upgrade. Here are the drivers for Windows 7, 64 bit: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/e...
Changing the hard drive and adding memory should not require any drivers from Dell. Also, you may want to check the specs to see how much memory that particular model will accept.
