If I dunk my logicboard in isopropyl alcohol, everything will be fine?

I want to clean off all possible corrosion in my Logicboard from water damage. Since I will be removing the board there will be no power therefore I should be able to just dunk it right in isopropyl and clean it without a worry of something being wrecked, correct?

I just want to confirm that all is fine.

Thanks,

Josh

hi i fix mainly iphones, if it recent i dry it using hot air gun only short amount of time then if the corrosion is really bad the chips on the board are so small they corrode away fast. so i generally just use wd-40 and a little brush to remove any corrosion and that works getting the phone back to life but if it is bad normally something like camera or or touchscreen connectors are gone which i have no idea how you would go about getting that sorted. good luck
