kinect update fail while updating!

Hello,

I've bought an used kinect on eBay, when I connect it to xbox(S) console, the console say need to update device and I accepted. But while updating, I have massage is kinect update fail with error code: 396B - 0000 - C000 - 0700 - D000 - 0120.

Now I cannot return it and I think the nand chip or what thing is wrong.

Anyone please help me how to fix this issue myself !

What is wrong in it and how can I do to fix it ?
