Battery problem or power problem ...?

Hi all,

New problem:

When I plug the charger LED is green ... if I put the battery LED does not light ... and the MacBook will not start ...

I removed the battery it started very well ...

When it is started if I put the battery it has detected and start charging.

If I unplugged / replug the charger with the battery it does not work ...

Strange!!

What do you think???
