I've got 2GB RAM 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM

And a 320GB Hitachi HDP725032GLA380 Media Hard Drive that I also want to upgrade because It's very slow

Apple supports 4GB (2x2GB DDR modules) of RAM. Some third parties offer a 6GB solution.

Your system has a SATA HD so you can upgrade it to something larger. Note you will need to limit the I/O speed to 3Gb/s on what ever HD you get (jumper setting for most). Review the iFixIt guide HD Upgrade for the details on how to do it.

As to the video GPU I would leave it alone. It's a lot of work for very little gain and your choices are very limited on what you can put in.

Since the graphics card would have to be one that was an OEM option or you'll have Firmware and Driver issues, and ''you already have the "best" graphics card for that model year You're limited to RAM and HD upgrades.
