pb is dead - please help me...

Hallo i'm Italian.

Sorry for my bad english.

My p.b. is not turning on.

No "bong" tone

No lights on keyboard

AC adapter have tne green light on

Battery is charged.

I've resetted PRAM and PMU

When I tunr on only the fan turn very fast and noisy.

What can I do?

Options

Try reseating the RAM one stick at a time to both test the RAM and the RAM slots. Test both slots and both chip in each slot. I've seen the same symptoms occur when a slot or stick goes bad.

Your machine has two RAM slots with a maximum of 2 GB of RAM. Check the stick you do have in the other slot.

I've already tryed to switch the ram stick in the two slots. Do you think I must change the ram stick?
