Electric drill for repairing?
Is there an electric drill that is good to use during repair?. It would stink if I had to screw and unscrew 50 screws by hand each time I repair. Thanks.

There aren't really 50 you need to remove "each time"., stripping the heads on the screws is easy to do (then you'll need a drill for a different purpose).
You can do things well, or do things fast, you can't do things well and fast.
