Only half of screen is responding to touch after replacing it

I changed the screen on my ipad 2 but after puting it back together only half of the screen is responding to touch.

can anyone help?

Possible that you have a faulty screen. but my guess is that it's not properly plugged in or that the latch that holds it is not fully down. Only way to check is to take apart and check. Assuming you didnt break your old touchpad you can try it back on the ipad and see if it works then you know it's faulty screen.

Yes, most likely the cable is pinched/damaged, or its not fully inserted, or the clips are not pushed down.
