Will ipad mini's wifi flex fit on the ipad 2?

I tore the ipad 2's wifi cable of a customer and they need the ipad back. I have a parts ipad mini, and I was wondering if its wifi cable should be able to fit on the ipad 2? Any ideas? Thanks.

Options

My guess is that they won't be interchangeable. If you post a picture of your current antenna I can give you some pointers on maybe how to fix it.
