iPhone 4 screen replaced now when you push the top or bottom...

when you push the top or bottom the colors on the lcd become like gray. This happens any time you apply force to either the top or bottom it becomes gray. Any one know what i did wrong? or maybe its just because its non OEM

Most likely due to poor quality screen. Often because the front glass is too thick. Return this, and get a better quality front screen assembly.

Three possible reasons.

1. You left a small piece of glass on the frame.

2. You forgot to remove the plastic sticker on the back of the LCD

3. one of the prongs is not secured correctly to the frame.

I highly doubt is the screen itself.
