Hi,
I am having some troubles with 3 key on my keyboard. When typing "P" i get - p;
when typing ";" i get - p; as well
And when typing ' i turn on the caps lock as other way around. And my 7 is not working.
I have tried cleaning them - nothing
It seems like a hardware problem, but when I change the keyboard would it help?
Or should I re install the system?

It sounds like the keys are activating the keys next to them, I would try replacing the key board. If that doesn't work I would suggest taking it to the apple store if its still under warranty.

Try Reinstall System or try use with other system. If doesn't work , try unplug / plug flexible keyboard or change keyboard. If still doesn't work , try change the logic board.
