Replaced topcase now battery won't charge

I replaced the topcase and now battery will not accept a charge. Works fine while plugged into outlet. Magsafe does not light up unless I plug into another MBP prior to connecting it to the repaired one, and only lights up for a few seconds. Ive reset the SMC and checked battery status, says in good condition.

Prior to replacing topcase battery was fine.

Double check that connector, and the cable for proper fit/damage. Many times people damage connectors tearing them from the logic board, or, think that they have a good connection when it isn't completely square or "clicked" in.

Download and run Coconut Battery and let us know your results. I suspect your MagSafe board or your connection from the MagSafe board to the logic board. http://www.coconut-flavour.com
