The power button button cannot be pressed

The power button button cannot be pressed, is need to replace the entire line, or just need to replace promptly? Hope to have the detailed change the power button row line tutorial

I replaced the power button but that doesn't fix the problem. It is still stuck in the depressed position. Does the power cable include the piece that the power button depresses which makes it otherwise function?
