My itouch 4th home button doesn't work. I wanna fix it just by following iphone 4th guide. But I get some problems. Is it the same steps as that guide? And how to open my itouch?

this is an easy fix. you just need to lift the glass (without breaking) and look at the home button. there should be a black dot around there somewhere which you need to super glue back on the yellow tape. you can also buy the yellow tape with black dot

this part appears to be for an iPhone
I work on these devices professionally, and I can tell you the sample they have is for an iphone but you're not buying the iphone part, you're just buying the yellow tape with the black dot which is actually an interchangeable part of a part from many devices that click when you press (I've seen it on some htc phones, and mostly iphone 4,4s, and touch 4)
