Looks like a failing hard drive. To troubleshoot it I would boot from an external hard drive and if the iBook works OK then the internal HD has a problem.

Yea it looks like it is a failing hard drive. Does this mean I have to replace it or just fix it with my OS. If I do have to replace it, What HD's would you guys recommend to buy?

Fellow the rj713 advice, if the problem is a software issue you might be able to repair the drive but anyway if it's the original drive well I would not be surprised that it's getting a hardware problem. You may consider to replace it with a fast new drive so you'll gain performance and capacity.

First try resetting your PMU and PRAM. If that doesn't work book with your OS disk but don't install. Instead goto utilities/drive repair and run drive repair until it reports no trouble found. To boot to your OS disk inset it in the drive and select restart and hold down the c key after the chime. If none of this works get back to us. Ralph

Thanks, It seems that Resetting The PMU and PRAM Worked, But when I open up the System preferences, Its freezes up and goes to the blue screen, and resets.
