Powermac G5 wont boot.

Powermac G5 , 2.3 DP not starting anymore. Power button

LED blinking and something ticking pretty loud inside .

Any ideas?

Some hard drives tick when failing. Depending upon which which diagnostic LED is blinking it could be that you don't have the air deflector shield in the proper place.

Try booting from your diagnostic/install CD/DVD and run AHT (apple hardware test).

Hi Vitali! Led blinking, loud ticking, no fans moving=power supply died! Sorry to say so.
