My Sony Ericsson K750i is currently 7 years old. For the past two weeks, each time someone calls me up, the phone switches off by itself. Although the battery is fully charged, it still switches off. Why is this happening and what should I do? Deeply appreciate your reply. Thank you.

Princess, unless something has happened to your phone, like it got dropped or it got water damaged, I suggest you replace the battery. With the age of your battery, it is easily possible that it just does not hold a charge. It will show that it is charged, but will not hold that charge. If nothing else, it will at least provide you with a known good starting point should further trouble shooting become necessary.
