It will sound stupid.
I have a MBP 15'. i want to put a 17' screen in a 15' chassis.
Because i'd like to get rid of this useless black frame around the glass screen.
I would like to have a thin black frame or a frameless screen.
In order to enjoy a bigger screen, 17' inch in my 15' chassis.
Is it possible?

Antoine - Not really possible
Apple doesn't currently offer a larger screen that would fit into your system. Even if you where to find a screen that could fit the cover is tapered so the display wouldn't fit and/or the illumination to the far edges wouldn't be even. Lastly, you would need to create a custom cable harness and device drivers to even get the display to work, let alone the full area most likely won't be used depending on the pixel density of your new display.
