All iBooks can use either of the AC adapters you mention (45W, and 65W). PowerBooks use the same AC adapters as well, with the distinction that 15" and 17" PowerBooks need 65W AC adapters, and will not power on at all with 45W. But if you have an iBook, you can use either, and there will be no noticeable difference between the two.

Thanks! The AC that Ralph pointed out is also a good option if you want to save some money. The only negatives are that with generics the extension cord is usually a couple feet shorter, and there is no green/amber light around the power plug letting you know if the battery is charging, etc. But if those things aren't important to you, again, it's a good way to save some $$$.
