I droped my Ipad 2 flat with screen facing down. When I turn it on the screen is green. It boots up and I can see the keypad to unlock it, but everything is fuzzy. I can still use it, but hard to read screen with all the fuzzies.

My guess is that the cable that connects the screen came a little loose and that is why it is like that.

Sounds like the ribbon cable connecting the LCD has come loose or the LCD itself is damaged (unlikely).
Try and reseat this connector.
