Connecting powercord between iMac and APC UPS 350?

The iMac power cord at one end is connected to the back of the device at bottom. This is a female-type 3 terminal IEC. The other end of cord (male-type) goes to the power outlet mains or the UPS. Recent UPS models by APC have terminals that can take this male-type connection. This means that the UPS models have female-type terminal similar like a power mains.

I have a 5 year old APC UPS which does not have such a 'powermain' type of connection. The outlets on my UPS are same like that found at the bottom back of the iMac - 3 slits. These type of UPS normally used for power backup for PC's. Normally the CPU and Monitor of a PC will have these type of IEC cables.

For example image, you can see the APS model:

This is not exactly the model that I have, but the image gives an idea as to what type of outlets are found on my UPS.

My question: How do i connect the iMac to the UPS? Are converter IEC cables available which can be connected between the power cord of iMac and the power outlet of UPS?

Just do a web search for a "C13 to C14 Power Cord". Like this one: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/produ...

Thank you mayer. I was initially doubtful if those work, since Apple normally uses proprietary connectors. But in the case of the humble power cord, Apple seems to have passed it on! Atleast for the iMac.
