eMSchi, the white one is L18_RF LFD181G57DPFC087, made by Murata and the datasheet is available right here and the blue one is L20_RF 0.7NH-0.8A made by Murata as well Here is more info on that. As for where to purchase, I would suggest Digikey.com or Mouser.com but it will depend on where you reside. Hope this helps, good luck.
