MacBook Pro Charge slowly

I have a Macbook pro 15'' 2010. 4 moths ago, I replaced the logic board to 2012 version because of some beyond repair damages. I also replaced the battery in order to adapt the logic board and update RAM and SSD.

The Macbook Pro works fine. It has almost 4 hours usage time(I7 CPU). The only problem is that it needs 14-16 hours for fully charging. I am an university students. Some classes requires using computers, so I do not have too much time for charging.

I have Windows and Mac systems in my Macbook pro, so it will not be software problems. Also, when the Macbook pro is off, I plug the charger, the charger almost is cold. Therefore, it still needs long time when the computer is off.

I have been genius bar. They tested my Macbook pro and the charger. They even used an new charger to test and replaced an new battery for me. Unfortunately, the problem still exists.

I think there is not enough power go through the battery. I cannot fix the problem, and I need a help.

Use a multimeter to test the output of your MagSafe adapter. The pin outs are list on the right side of this Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MagSafe

I think the MagSafe adapter is OK because I used other 3 adapters to charge my Macbook Pro. It gets the result.
