How to Turn off an iPhone 4 (Broken Digitizer AND Power Button)

I own a repair shop and a customer brought in an iPhone 4 that needs a new screen. Well his digitizer is broken, as well as his power button. His phone has 81% charge and I would let it discharge by itself but that would take days. Anything I can do besides wait?

You can't replace the power button without turning off the device.

Can you just replace his power button and use that to turn it off? I've done that with my iPod Touch 4th gen, and it works just fine (I could have been lucky). Of course, if you don't have the parts then that's not an option. If you don't have the parts could you pull one off of a working/broken extra? Without a power button physically attached I don't know of any ways to turn it off though, sorry.

I do not know of any other way to shut off the phone, best thing I know to do is run an app or video that will cause excessive battery drain. Sorry, but I'm almost positive that there's no other way.
