iMac not waking from sleep from optical bay hard drive.

I just installed two new hard drives since my hard drive was failing. I used a Seagate Barracuda 2TB in place of the original hard drive and installed a 750 GB Seagate Momentus XT into the optical bay using the iFixit SATA hard drive enclosure. Installation was a breeze using the guide. Everything worked perfectly and programs seemed to run so much faster--I love it. And then my computer went to sleep and didn't wake. I reset SMC and PRAM but still no wake from sleep. I have my OS (Mountain Lion) installed on the Momentus (optical bay) HD and I'm wondering if this is causing my issue?

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

Andy
