I replaced the digitizer on my iPad 2 and it has caused some new issues. First, the iPad only charged 4% over night after the replacement. Secondly, the home button is only working intermittently. Lastly, it is randomly resetting itself when I plug it in.

I would check your battery connection and make sure you didn't break or tear any connections or cables. I had a friend whose iPhone wouldn't charge and kept shutting off randomly because the battery wasn't properly connected.

Solution Iphone 4 batter slow charge SOLUTION
Just go to settings > reset > 'reset all settings'
This is the solution to get the Iphone back to normal (quick) charging!! 100% worked for me after anoying 2 weeks of figuring out WHY it charged sooo slow! You won't lose data/contacts. Only WiFi passwords and some basic settings, but this is not a big deal compare to the slow charge problem! Success!!
