No power & led light coming in toshiba satellite l300?

Hello sir,

I'm a laptop hardware technician. I have Toshiba satellite l300 there is no power and led light coming. I've tested the charger and battery its working fine and I tested the motherboard with multimeter shows around 20volts. Sir I would like to know what component is gone so that I could replace it with same model laptop?

Have you tried to remove the RAM, the Battery, and the AC adapter and hold the power button down for 30 sec. then replace the battery and see what you get. After that, try to remove the hard drive and see what you get.
