Mac freeze at apple logo

Hi. I'm using mac osx lion. my mac freeze at apple logo and spining wheel. I try everything, command+s, command+p+r, option and shift. It doesn't change anything. I took out the batteries and hang it for 1 day, but its still stuck. The worse when I check into applecare website, they said command+v and see if there is some text written "library...." then I can restart and back to normal, but I can't find the text its not there. I don't want to lose all my data. I haven't backup anything yet. Someone please help!

Start up holding down the "R" key till the Apple logo appears. This will allow you to get to Disk Utilities. Run it on your hard drive and see if it will do the repair for you.

Hi, I click the repair disk permissions, and it had so much problem there. It said repaired but when I click verify disk permission again, its still there. I repaired for almost 4 times and its still the same problem.

they said, "permission differ : system/library/preferencepanes/etc."

and after that I try to start it in safe mode, and its actually work, and I repaired it again with disk utility and the problems getting worse. When I restart it again, its still stuck on apple logo. please help :(

Back up your User Folder to an external hard drive. Boot from the DVD, use Disk Utility and reformat your hard drive (use the write zeros option to map out any bad blocks). Reinstall your system and do the software updates. Then use Migration Assistant to move your old user folder back in.

Hi Natalia, after you have backed your data you can repair your hard drive with a volume repair utility. The corruption being logical could be fix, You can read more about http://www.essentialmac.co.uk/app-of-the...
