the battery was fine, full charge, i was listening to some music, i had to pause it to talk with a friend and when i pushed play again...nothing, total darkness, so i try to charge it but nothing...what can i do?

hugo, have you tried a reset yet? Hold down the Menu and the Select (center button) for 6-10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. It is still possible that your battery is no longer working.
