I cleaned my screen with a cloth and did it gently, the glass is clean, but then I see on the black part of the screen white-grey stains, could this be static electricity?
How can I remove those stains? Are they really stains?

Don't think there's much you can do here to fix the Black edge mask on the cover glass, other than replace it.
If you used a glass cleaner (Windex or other) they can damage the mask if you spray the glass directly on the side that has the mask. If you spray the cloth first then use it you should be fine (slightly damp not wet).
