My iPhone 3G does not turn on?

I charge it last night then when I woke up the phone is so very hot then I try to open, its not working it does not turn on.

I try the "by holding down the sleep/wake button and home button simultaneously" but it does not work too.

What did I do? :( Help me PLEASE. :( I would appreciate any suggestion/solution pertaining to this problem.

lruelja, the very first thing I would do after the steps you already did, is to replace the battery. It is possible that your battery is heating due to its inability to hold a charge. Use this guide to work on it. Start with that. Hope this helps, good luck.
