How to dry pieces of MacBook Air after opening?

Water spilled on my computer. I'm not sure if there was any damage so I submerged it in a bag of rice but I want to open it up and dry the inside.

1. How do I dry the inside? Any particular techniques?

2. How do I take apart my MacBook Air safely? I couldn't find a step by step guide.

Thanks!

A hair dryer will work, just be careful as the dryer will have a static charge which can blow the chips of your computer if you touch the two (or via you). You can buy a static free blower/heat gun (big bucks) but for a one time even I won't waste the money (just use care).

Review the iFixIt guides on the details of opening your system and the different areas. You'll need some special tools (which iFixIt sells as a kit).
