No charging after Battery replacement

Hello,

I have the following problem:

My iPhone can be used only with connected charger because the battery life was shortened to 5 minutes.

I suspected a defective Battery. I have ordered a new one, but unfortunately with the wrong APN. I could charge the iPhone only if it was turned off. Of course, I immediately ordered a new battery that has the correct APN.

After I installed the battery with the correct APN, I can not charge the battery. The plug icon but not the lighning symbol appears.

I've read that might have something to do with fuses. I checked the fuse. They are ok.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you = D

Sorry for bad english. My native language is german =P

Marcel Hering, first make sure that you have a known good cable. Try to charge it from an AC charger, it will provide a higher amperage than a USB port. Clean your dock connector. Use some isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air should work. Check for broken, bend or corroded pins.If this still does not work, replace your dock connector by following this guide. If after that you still have issues, you may have to take a look at the PMIC and that may require some board level repair. Hope this helps, good luck.
