Can the optical drive socket on the logic board be reattached?

I removed the optical drive to install a second hard drive. In the process, the socket on the logic board that connects to the optical drive/second drive came off. Can this be fixed?

Yes by a professional- it is a very advanced DIY repair. Soldering logic board components requires special tools, solder and lots & lots of practice.
