When I reset the codes as instructed by the boilers touch screen the AO Smith gas hot water boiler starts up but shuts down after less than a min. It is at a senior living facility and the hot water is out.

These folks depend on me to keep this place running I'm a one man show and don't like to let them down ,its a community , a family.
