Philips LCD TV three quarter of lower screen turns white after a while

Hi i am not sure if i can ask this question but i recently bought a second hand Philips 47pfl5609d/30 LCD TV. After a couple of weeks using it, 2/3 of the lower half of screen turns white after powering on for a moment. I have tried opening the back of TV to check for bad capacitors but could not find any. I have soldering skill and voltmeter/multimeter but not skilled in checking the volt among the component. Any help is appreciated.

Update

Hi all, werent sure if anyone could help. Anyways i have tried reseating the lvds cables and the two flex cables connecting from the lcd to the t-con board but still no result. Now am wondering if it is the inverter issue. Will try again and post the result. :\ if anyone can assist with some form of guide or sugg, feel free to flow here... would greatly appreciated!! ;)

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi all, replaced the tcon board with another new tcon board yield the same problem, three quarter of the screen still fades to white after switching on for awhile... :( i tried opening up the front of LCD to try and reveal the ballast (if its called) or inverter board as i could not locate at the back of tv to no avail as i do not know how to exactly remove it... Any help would be appreciated...
