sorry!

my friend give to me an old powermac g5 for big problem.

after mac os start, the temperature is about 90° and once it reaches 100° goes in protection.

i see no fluid loss, but i think the problem is with cooling.

any idea? thanks

probably i have to change water pump and get new liquid! it is not easy but I groped with the link step.

if I succeed, I will proceed with the calibration fan with ASD Dual Boot 2.5.8

Run your Apple Hardware Test (AHT) from the original system installation disk. Hold down the "D" key on start up with the disk installed and see if its the coolant or possibly one or more of the fans.
