I ordered the iPhone 4s replacement screen assembly and when I disassembled my cracked phone the screw locations on the SIM side of the phone are different. Now I have no idea what to do?

If only the one middle SIM side tab is different, then you received a CDMA iPhone 4 front assembly. You can return it and request a 4S front assembly. Not a perfect workaround is to remove very carefully the one different middle side tab. Some use wire cutters. Be very careful or you will damage LCD Display. Also, some CDMA screens the top corner tab by the Power Button is too small and needs to be expanded a bit too. If you can, return the screen for a perfect 4S one.
