QD Electronic Cleaner, ok to use?

Not sure if anyone is familiar with the product or not, QD Cleaner but I picked some of it up today to try and clean up my logic board. First I have to deal with a stripped screw to get it off, but once I'm successful...anyone think it's ok to use this? I think I'm just being paranoid. I removed every other component, and was cleaning the trackpad with 91% alcohol, should I use this stuff as well?

I should include, this is to take care of a liquid spill on to the keyboard. I unplugged the battery and dismantled most of the innards right away.

Thanks guys. Not having luck with the stripped screw on the logic board. It's the one nearest the connector for the fan...just not coming out. Thought about just spraying up in the space between the top case and the top of the logic board. Not sure if that's a good idea or not...again...paranoid.
