Sim Tray text and the difference between the 4 and 4s tray

I may have mixed two iPhone sim trays. It's about a iPhone 4 and a 4s, and I need to know if there are some differences.

I think that the text on the iPhone 4, says:

"IMEI No:"

&

"Serial No:"

And then, I think the iPhone 4s says:

"IMEI:"

&

"Serial:"

It would be great if someone could comfirm this or give me an other way to know if they are mixed or not!!

I also want to know if I can get into any trouble if I have mixed them up. (I will sell my iPhone 4 and buy an iPhone 5)

You are correct. The iPhone 4 SIM Tray has the No: on both numbers and the iPhone 4S SIM Tray just has the : on both numbers.
