A1181 MacBook ID help, Not sure which one I have? Please Help?

Hello,

Im ready to up grade my ram and HD on my A1181 Macbook with a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo. When using Apple's online service assistant and putting in my Serial Number, It does not show any specifics of year and whether it is a Santa Rosa, Penryn, etc etc. Although It appears from cross referencing your product Id numbers that the ram and HD's ifixit sells can work on a number of A1181 Macbooks, I would like to know what my specific mac is so i can ensure Im buying the correct product. As said before my MacBook is an A1181, 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 gig memory, and SN is W8903LVV4R1. Thanks in Advance,
