iPhone4 boot loop after water dmg,done restore,cant configure

Iphone4 water damaged couple of days back.Done with initial homework,done with logic board dry-up. done with restore(many times) using iTunes without any error.Can see screen with initial configuration.But as soon try to manually configure or restore the old backup,it automatically go into boot loop.

iTunes can see the phone IMEI,Serial Number,iOS ver,Memory Status.

Boot loop with apple logo only when either connected to iTunes or Wall socket,Otherwise no sign from phone.Even after hours of charging,always show 3% battery backup.

As majority of symptoms are normal,is there still chances of BAD logic board?Any thing that i missed that can help get my phone back in operation?

Any possibility of damaged battery?

Any helpful tips are most welcome

Sand, you did not tell us ho you cleaned your board and all the other parts. I suggest you use this as a guide for the cleaning. It was written for a 3G but all the points still apply to your phone as well. Once properly cleaned, replace the battery I am a strong supporter of always changing the battery on a phone with water damage. Use this guide to get that accomplished and the battery is available right here as well as many other places. I would also consider to replace the dock connector. After all, that is the part that connects the phone to the charger and may very well have some damage as well. The guide for that can be found here. Once it is cleaned and you replaced those parts, reassemble and re-evaluate for any damage. Hope this helps, good luck.

Already done with complete cleaning, did battery recharge overnight,Can see fully charged battery in ITunes battery is OK.

But again while doing restore,can not perform manual or backup restore.Phone goes to Boot loop once i manually try to configure or if i do backup restore.

High chances of BAD Logic Board.

Will show up at apple store.
