Help fix ignition switch

Hello I have a 2001 Kia optima and I need a ignition switch can I use my old key or do I have to get a new key

you should be able to use your old key. go to your local locksmith he should be able to fix your old lock if it wasnt taken to with a large screwdriver & hammer
