Replaced battery, and now dying when out of power

My iPhone 4 could not charge and display was broken, i replaced the front and battery. Afterwards it charged and worked just fine, except when the battery is running out of power, it cannot charge again, then when you put another new battery in, it works again, and keeps burning batteries.

anonymous 5582, if this is a new battery, and if you already replaced that one as well I would look for some other issues. At first I would replace the dock connector, it is possible that this is not supplying the charge circuit. Of course you do want to make sure that your USB cable as well as your charger are okay:-) If that does not work, you need to check your battery circuit since it is also possible that your PMIC is failing. There is also a USB fuse that might give you trouble like that.
