Fan Shakes, Magsafe LED is on and than it turns off slowly

I have a new tested Logic board in my macbook, but it doesn't work.

When i plug in the Magsafe charger the Green LED turns on, than the fan shakes a little bit but nothing when I press the Power button. After a few moments the LED of the Magsafe cord slowly dims down to off.

Can anybody help me?

Do you have the battery plugged in? If you do, try testing it with out it. What happens then?

Are you sure the logic board is good? What happened with the old one?

It's possible you have other problems with the other parts of the system.

Did you clean everything down where the drink spilled into? How is the keyboard? Did it get wet?

Try resetting the SMC. If that fails do it again this time holding down the power button for a good 30 secs.

If that doesn't help then you'll need to check your logic board connections did you mis connect one of the cords or ribbon cables?
