Freezing up when I disconnect the USB cable, why?

I am currently listening to music from my ipod. Each time i disconnect the USB cable from the charger the Ipod freezes. I plug it back in and it starts playing again and works fine. Any one have a clue?

Bryce, sounds like a power issue. The first thing I would recommend is that you change the battery. If you can tell us exactly what model you have, we could get you the right guide and more information. Start with that. Hope this helps, good luck.
